Team cooperation makes reality

Having a good time together, further training and exchanging ideas across locations - briefly: employee events at A.T. Iser. what is even more important, this is not a one time event, but a regular offer to all staffs.

"It is very important for us that there is a good team spirit," says Gabriele Iser, who, in coordination with Vincenzo D'Agostino as members of the management team, has planned individual workshop weekends at different locations. "We are a big family company and the best thing about a big family is when everyone gets to see each other again." That's why the team events are planned across all locations. "That way, colleagues from Bremen can also chat with those from Nuremberg."

To ensure that there is still a framework that allows a good exchange, several events are offered, which can be chosen freely. "Most recently there were four, at three different locations," says Vincenzo D'Agostino, who coordinates the staffing of the branches and the sales management, among other things. This gives employees the freedom of choice and allows them to arrange among themselves where they want to go. "Many branches came as a group, so they also made a team event out of it for themselves."

In addition to exchanging ideas and having a good time together, it is of course also about contents.
"All events included a small workshop to provide a business review and perspectives," explains Gabriele Iser. However, a lot of space is deliberately planned for other activities. "We also wanted our employees to have the opportunity to exchange ideas with each other." This worked out so well that there was no end in sight, even in the evening. "After the planned part, many colleagues went out together and let the event come to a relaxed end."

But not just the employees were treated with something special. They also had a surprise in store. "As the management, we received a gift from our employees at the last event and a booklet with personal words from them", says Iser and adds: "I honestly had wet eyes. It was completely unexpected and very emotional for me." Appreciation and small attentions are not a one-way street in a large family.
